Fitness Training
We'll prioritize your strengths and improve your limitations with functional movement in mind. We'll switch it up often and cover all facets including strength, core, stretching, and cardio. All you've got to do is show up! In home and on-site training.

Nutrition
There are rarely results if the client lacks proper nutrition, and support in this realm is vital. There will be no extreme dieting whatsoever; only sustainable habits. Understand more about macronutrients and use your diet to support your hormones. Anticipate drastic energy improvements and mental clarity.

Health Coaching
We will observe your patterns and ruts to better understand what kept you from your goals in past attempts. Then, it's to the drawing board. Together, we will redesign a lifestyle that prioritizes your health, energy, and enthusiasm for life. Each week you will take away new habits and skills that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Training sessions with Maddy take place in a private gym studio (Fit Life Studio Sugar Land) located behind Whole Foods on HW6/59. The private studio offers gym access solely for personal training- a perfect option for those looking to avoid crowded and corporate gym environments.
