About Maddy

Pleasure to (virtually) meet you
I do things a little differently than your typical trainer.
To me, results only matter if they’re sustainable. I design programs that work with your body—not against it—honoring the natural rhythm of women’s cyclical health.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. The best program is the one that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, not one that feels forced or overwhelming.
Most importantly, I recognize that every person who walks through my door is entirely unique—with their own story, challenges, and goals—and they deserve a plan that’s just as unique as they are.

Welcome to a Holistic Approach to Fitness and Nutrition
I’ve always believed that movement is about far more than changing your body — it’s about remembering who you are.
As a personal trainer, my mission isn’t to make you smaller. It’s to help you feel alive. Strong. Grounded. Capable. To help you build what I call your yes body — the version of you that says yes to opportunity, yes to adventure, yes to life.
My approach is holistic by nature. I blend the science of strength training, the rhythm of women’s cyclical health, and the mindfulness practices that reconnect you to your body. I want my clients to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing — not just to follow a plan, but to learn their body’s language.
I don’t believe in extremes. You’ll never hear me glorify restriction, burnout, or the “no days off” mentality. I’ve seen what that does to women — it disconnects us from the very body we’re trying to honor. Real results are the ones that are sustainable. The ones that allow you to eat dinner with friends, travel, rest, and still feel strong when life moves fast.
My programs are guided by science and empathy in equal measure. I stay grounded in current research — check out my recent blog on the science of sustainable weight loss — because I believe knowledge is freedom. But I also know that no two people are the same. Every woman who walks into my space carries her own story: different hormones, habits, stressors, and dreams. My job is to meet her exactly where she is and design something that fits her — not force her into a box that doesn’t belong.
The work I do with my clients isn’t just physical — it’s deeply emotional and in some ways, spiritual. I realize that when you build strength in your body, you build trust in yourself. You see you are capable of far more than you ever imagined. And that feeling? It spills into everything — your confidence, your career, your relationships, your joy.
At the end of the day, my philosophy is simple: fitness should make your life bigger, not smaller. It should give you energy, connection, and vitality that pours into your every day life.
That’s the heartbeat behind Mind + Body Personal Training — a movement for the person who is ready to step into their strongest, most vibrant selves and create momentum that carries them into every season of life.
Can't wait to cheer you on
